Sterling Silver pieces are not routinely hallmarked unless a design weighs over 7.78g, so it is not uncommon for most of our fingerprint and handprint jewellery items to fall below this weight, so it is not required by law to be unhallmarked.

All of our heavier silver fingerprint and handprint jewellery pieces over this minimum prescribed weight are assayed and hallmarked and will also bear our unique makers mark.
