Delivery Information

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, your jewellery will typically be delivered within 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your prints. Please be aware that during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, delivery times may be slightly longer. If there are any delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you require your jewellery by a specific date, please mention this when placing your order.

• Secure Packaging: To ensure your jewellery arrives safely and in pristine condition, each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a secure gift box, and sent in a protective bubble wrap envelope.

• Tracked Delivery: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s secure 48-hour tracked service, requiring a signature upon delivery for added security and peace of mind.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s journey online or via mobile.
