Unless otherwise specified in the product description, your jewellery will typically arrive within 2-3 weeks of us receiving your prints. Please note, during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, delivery times may be slightly extended. If there’s a delay with your order, we’ll notify you promptly. If you need your order by a specific date, please include this request when placing your order.

Additional Postage Information

• Free UK Delivery: We provide free postage for all jewellery orders within mainland UK.

• Packaging: To ensure your jewellery arrives safely and in perfect condition, we carefully wrap each item in tissue paper, place it in a secure gift box, and send it within a bubble wrap envelope.

•Tracked Delivery: All our jewellery orders are shipped using a secure, ‘tracked’ service with Royal Mail, ensuring peace of mind and reliable delivery.

• Tracking: After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online or via mobile.
